Nam Thang Long Industrial Park – Hanoi Has An Area Of 260.87 Hectares And a Term Until 2049.
The Nam Thang Long Industrial Park is located within the new industrial area plan in the northwest of Hanoi, approximately 14km from the city center. The project has a total planned area of 260.87 hectares and is being developed with a total investment of around 400 billion VND. The Hanoi Business and Trade Association Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company is the infrastructure investor.
The industrial park is divided into two separate zones: Zone A and Zone B. Zone A covers an area of 98.59 hectares and is designated for manufacturing support technology, while Zone B covers an area of 120 hectares and consists of industrial enterprises, including: 71.5 hectares for factory construction, 5.65 hectares for technical area construction, 6.43 hectares for administrative area construction, 18.9 hectares for roads and sidewalks, 12.4 hectares for concentrated green space, and 4.5 hectares for water surfaces. Currently, the industrial park is fully occupied by 67 manufacturing enterprises and 20 representative offices, with a total investment of approximately 660 million USD.
The Nam Thang Long Industrial Park is located in Thuy Phuong Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, very close to the city center. It is situated 3 km north of the goods exchange center and 2 km from the Thang Long Bridge.
Internal Traffic System
The internal road system is designed logically, with separate parking lots for each enterprise, making it very convenient for the movement of employees as well as goods transportation.
Electricity System
The electricity system is directly supplied from the Chem Substation with a voltage of 22kV to the transformer stations of each enterprise in the industrial park.
Public Lighting System
The street lighting network is designed separately from the residential power supply system and is arranged along the traffic roads.
Water System
Industrial water is supplied from the water plant within the industrial park with a capacity of 10,000m³ per day and night.
Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage System
The stormwater and wastewater drainage systems (including industrial and domestic wastewater) are built separately. The stormwater drainage channels are arranged along the main roads and inter-zone internal roads.
Waste Management
Urban environmental companies collect solid waste at stations within the industrial park once enterprises have signed contracts and sorted waste.
Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is treated using an oxidation ditch method with a treatment capacity of 15,000m³ per day and night. The wastewater treatment is carried out in two stages: treatment at the plant and treatment at the industrial park before being discharged into the system.
Communication System
The modern communication system ensures smooth and easy domestic and international communication, including telephone, fax, mobile phones, and the internet.
Built according to the standards of a clean industrial park, Nam Thang Long Industrial Park includes industries that attract investment, divided into three main groups:
Nam Thang Long Industrial Park is located in Bac Tu Liem District, which is part of Region I. Therefore, the current minimum wage for Region I is 4,420,000 VND per month.
