The Thach That – Quoc Oai Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 2500/2007/QĐ-UB, issued by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ha Tay Province (now Hanoi City) on December 21, 2007, through the merger of the Phung Xa Industrial Cluster (Thach That District) and the Quoc Oai Industrial Cluster (Quoc Oai District), with a total area of 156 hectares. Currently, there are 70 enterprises investing in production, with 33 companies in Phung Xa and 37 in Quoc Oai. The infrastructure development and business operations of Thach That – Quoc Oai Industrial Park are managed by Ha Tay Investment Development JSC, located in Quoc Oai town and Phung Xa commune, Thach That District, Hanoi City.

Waste Disposal
Factories within the park sign contracts with authorized waste management companies for sorting, collecting, and transporting waste out of the industrial park to prevent environmental pollution.

Wastewater Treatment
All industrial and domestic wastewater is pre-treated by each enterprise to at least C-level standards before being discharged into the park’s central wastewater system. The park then further treats the wastewater to government standards, with a treatment capacity of 3,000 cubic meters per day.

Telecommunication System
The industrial park’s telecommunications infrastructure meets international standards, ensuring reliable communication services. Underground fiber optic cables are directly connected to each enterprise’s premises.
