VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park is the sixth industrial park of the VSIP Group in Vietnam. Covering an area of 150ha, it is operational until 2067. VSIP Hai Duong Co., Ltd. is the infrastructure developer of the industrial park. Established in April 2015, it officially started operations in September 2017.
VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park strictly adheres to the selective investment policy of the province. It promotes, supports, and prioritizes high-tech, environmentally friendly projects that do not cause pollution.
As a member of the VSIP Group, the industrial park benefits from the group’s management expertise: a well-operated system, professional customer service, international-standard infrastructure and services, and consistently meeting customers’ needs and expectations.
Location
The industrial park is situated in the communes of Luong Dien and Cam Dien, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province, near National Highway 5 connecting Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Hai Phong. Its location provides convenient transportation and logistics.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The main road in the industrial park is designed with a width of up to 56m, with 4-6 lanes. The primary road is 23m wide with 2 lanes. Street lighting is installed along the main roads.
Power Supply
The industrial park receives electricity from the national grid through 110kV and 22kV lines, which are then distributed to the 63MVA internal substation and to each factory’s substation within the park.
Water Supply
The industrial park is equipped with a clean water supply system, designed with a capacity of 12,000m³/day and night.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage
The rainwater drainage system flows along the roads and channels into the surrounding canals, eventually draining into local rivers and canals. The wastewater drainage system is arranged along the roads and is directed to the park’s treatment station.
Waste Management
Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to Hai Duong City’s centralized landfill.
Wastewater Treatment
The park has a wastewater treatment station built to Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment standards, with a treatment capacity of 5,500m³/day and night.
Telecommunications
3,000 dedicated telephone lines, ADSL broadband, and fiber optic services are available.
