Overview
Lai Cach Industrial Park (IP) was established under Decision No. 1728/QD-UBND issued by the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee on May 22, 2008. The total area of Lai Cach IP is 135 hectares. The park is invested and managed by Dai Duong Co., Ltd. According to the development plan, Lai Cach IP is being built in two phases, with Phase 1 currently under completion. The park features relatively complete infrastructure and is intended to attract investors in high-tech, low-pollution, light industries, and supporting industries.
Location
Lai Cach IP is adjacent to National Highway 5 at Km45 to the north, connecting Hanoi – Hung Yen – Hai Duong – Hai Phong. It is located in Lai Cach Town and Cao An Commune, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province, offering excellent advantages for transportation and goods delivery.

Internal Roads
The main road width in the IP ranges from 30m to 33m, while branch roads are 13.5m to 17.5m wide.
Electricity System
Electricity for Lai Cach IP is supplied by Hai Duong Power Company, ensuring stable 24/7 power supply for businesses, even during peak seasons or upon specific requests.
Water System
The water supply for the IP is partially sourced from Hai Duong Water Plant and Cam Giang Water Plant, with a capacity of 20,000m³ per day and night.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage System
Rainwater drainage flows naturally along roads and into channels surrounding the IP, eventually discharging into local canals and rivers.
Wastewater drainage systems are designed along the roads and lead to the centralized treatment station within the IP.
Waste Management
Solid waste from factories within the IP is classified, collected, and transported to the centralized landfill of Hai Duong City.
Wastewater Treatment
The IP is equipped with a wastewater treatment plant meeting the standards of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, with a capacity of 20,000m³ per day and night.
Communication System
The entire communication network is invested and installed by Hai Duong Post Office, ensuring seamless global connectivity for businesses.
