Internal Traffic:
Internal roads are well-designed, with a minimum roadbed width of 10.5m and sidewalks ranging from 6-10m.

Electricity System:
Electricity is supplied by the Vietnam Electricity Group through a 110/22KV substation with a capacity of 2 x 63 MVA, ensuring a stable power supply for businesses in the park.

Public Lighting System:
A dedicated street lighting network is separate from the residential electricity grid and is installed along the traffic routes.

Water Supply:
The water treatment plant, with a capacity of 15,000 m³/day, processes water from the Day River. Water supply pipelines (D300-D600 mm) ensure adequate and timely clean water for factories.

Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage:
Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater are constructed. Wastewater from factories is pre-treated locally before being discharged into the park’s centralized drainage system and directed to a wastewater treatment plant.

Waste Management:
Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to a centralized landfill in compliance with local regulations.

Wastewater Treatment:
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 9,000 m³/day and meets environmental standards.

Telecommunications:
The park features a modern telecommunications system with an 11,000-number satellite exchange. It meets all communication needs, including 4G and 5G signal stations, ensuring full coverage across the park.
