Comprehensive Transport Network:Includes highways, railways, waterways, and proximity to major airports like Noi Bai and Cat Bi.
Highly Skilled Workforce:Large pool of technically skilled labor.
Occupancy Rate:As of August 2021, 841.3 hectares of 1,016.69 hectares of industrial land were leased, achieving an average occupancy rate of 75%, higher than Hai Phong City.
