Overview
Que Vo Industrial Park II is located in Ngoc Xa Commune, Dao Vien Commune, and part of Chau Phong Commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province. It was established under Decision No. 1657/QD-UBND dated December 26, 2012, by Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee. Que Vo Industrial Park II covers a total area of 550.18 ha, divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: 272.54 ha completed and in operation.
- Phase 2: 277.64 ha newly approved for planning in early 2021.
This industrial park is designed as a clean and environmentally friendly zone, prioritizing industries like electronics, clean energy, renewable energy, and smart energy.
On May 4, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision 640/QD-TTg, approving the investment policy for developing infrastructure for Que Vo Industrial Park II – Phase 2, with a total investment of nearly VND 3,000 billion. This phase is planned in Chau Phong Commune and Duc Long Commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province. The investor for Que Vo Industrial Park II (Phase 2) is Nhan Dat Tien Co., Ltd.
The establishment of Que Vo Industrial Park II – Phase 2 enhances investment attraction and drives socio-economic development in Que Vo District. Additionally, it ensures synchronization in social and technical infrastructure.
Que Vo Industrial Park II – Phase 2 is positioned as a clean and eco-friendly industrial zone, prioritizing high-tech and clean energy industries. Once completed, the park is expected to provide jobs for 150,000 – 170,000 workers.
The investor is currently collaborating with the provincial People’s Committee to publicize the planning, demarcate planning boundaries on-site, and finalize documents for competent authorities to approve the establishment of the industrial park as per regulations.

The entire telecommunications wiring is installed within technical trenches or cable conduits. Specific locations for 4G and 5G signal stations are planned in technical infrastructure plots and green spaces to ensure comprehensive coverage throughout the industrial park.
