Overview
Gia Binh 1 Industrial Park was established by Decision No. 127/QD-UBND, issued by the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province on April 12, 2021. The park spans 306.69 hectares across three communes: Dai Bai, Dong Cuu, and Lang Ngam in Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Province.
The developer is the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment capital of VND 2,578.246 billion.
Currently, the developer is coordinating with local authorities to implement compensation and site clearance plans in compliance with regulations. Measures are also being taken to improve the living conditions for workers employed in the industrial park. The infrastructure will be comprehensively developed to ensure the park’s growth, attracting domestic and foreign investors. Clean land and infrastructure are expected to be ready for handover by Q3/2022.

Gia Binh 1 Industrial Park is strategically located along National Highway 17 and near Provincial Road DT280, providing excellent connectivity by road, river, sea, and rail. The park serves as a transportation hub within the industrial network of Bac Ninh Province.

Internal transportation
- Main roads are 32 meters wide, accommodating four lanes of traffic.
- Branch roads are 23 meters wide with two lanes of traffic.
- Sidewalks are 6 meters wide along all roads.
Power system
Electricity is supplied from the national grid via a 110/22kV substation with a capacity of 2×40 MVA. The distribution network ensures stable power delivery to each investor’s premises.
