Deep C Hai Phong III Industrial Park. AREA: 520 hectares – Phase 1 Term: Until 2067
On October 5, 2017, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Deep C Hai Phong III Industrial Park at the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone. This new industrial park focuses on supporting industries, logistics, and general manufacturing. Located adjacent to Lach Huyen Port in Cat Hai, Hai Phong City, the park spans a total area of 520 hectares with an investment capital exceeding USD 260 million. It is envisioned as an attractive destination for investors in automotive support industries, logistics, light industries, and general manufacturing due to its strategic position for business operations in ASEAN.
Deep C III is designed as an eco-industrial park, reducing emissions and waste. It provides ecological solutions to investors, meeting sustainable development trends and international integration. It is a pioneer in Hai Phong City in implementing eco-industrial initiatives aimed at sustainable industrial park models in Vietnam.
The centerpiece of Deep C Hai Phong III Industrial Park is the development of a logistics hub, complete with general port facilities and warehouses. Businesses investing here will enjoy a competitive edge thanks to its prime location next to Vinfast – Vietnam’s first automobile manufacturing plant. Additionally, the park offers attractive and comprehensive tax incentives for projects within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone.
Deep C Hai Phong III benefits from excellent transport connectivity to Hai Phong International Gateway Port, Tan Vu – Lach Huyen Bridge, Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, and Hai Phong – Ha Long – China Expressway.
Its proximity to Lach Huyen, the first deep-sea port in northern Vietnam, allows investors to save on import-export costs by utilizing direct transport routes instead of transshipping via Hong Kong or Singapore. Moreover, the expansion of Hai Phong International Airport and new expressway networks to Hanoi and Ha Long make Deep C III an ideal location for container warehousing projects, bulk cargo services, special cargo handling, spare parts supply centers, and air freight services.
Internal Traffic
The internal road system consists of main roads and branch roads:
Power Supply
The industrial park features three power sources: the national grid (220kV), a regional grid (110kV) for backup, and renewable energy sources like solar panels and wind turbines. Capacity: 626MVA. Protection: 3 levels, with 24/7 monitoring to isolate faults immediately and minimize downtime risks.
Water Supply
The industrial park provides water at a capacity of 20,000m³/day, ensuring stable and sufficient supply for businesses.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
Drainage systems run along internal roads and converge at a centralized treatment station. The system includes underground reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, backup reservoirs, and open canals with tidal gates.
Waste Treatment
Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to the city’s centralized landfill.
Wastewater Treatment
Deep C Hai Phong III operates an ISO 9001 and 14001-certified wastewater treatment plant, running 24/7. Initial capacity: 6,000m³/day, expandable to 12,000m³/day. Wastewater is treated to surpass natural water quality standards before being discharged into rivers. Sludge (bacteria) is recycled after treatment cycles, and treated water is reused for irrigation.
Deep C Liquid Cargo Terminal
The liquid cargo terminal accommodates vessels of 10,000–20,000 DWT.
Telecommunications
Deep C provides investors with flexible telecommunications service provider options through its one-stop-shop model, ensuring stable and reliable connectivity without requiring infrastructure overhauls when switching providers.
Deep C Hai Phong III targets suppliers in the automotive sector aiming to serve the ASEAN market and seeking cost-effective alternatives to rising expenses in China. The park also welcomes manufacturers in food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, furniture, consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and household goods.
Located in Cat Hai District, within Region I, the current minimum wage for Region I is VND 4,420,000/month.
Customs Services
Customs offices are located near the industrial park.
