Overview
Established in 2008, An Duong Industrial Park is located in Hong Phong and Bac Son communes, An Duong District, Hai Phong City. Spanning 196 hectares, it is developed by Tham Viet Investment Joint Venture Co., Ltd., with a total investment of $175 million. Once fully operational, the park is expected to attract over $1 billion in investment and create more than 30,000 jobs.
An Duong Industrial Park emphasizes sustainable development with eco-friendly features, including manufacturing service facilities, storage warehouses, office areas, conference centers, parks, and recreational spaces. Notable infrastructure includes 9.8 km of water canals, 23 hectares of green spaces, 5.5 km of green-covered roads, and community facilities, scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
The park has attracted a diverse range of domestic and international investors, particularly from South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.
