Overview
Amata Industrial Park (Song Khoai) was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 352 on March 29, 2018, with an area of 714ha, located in the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone of Quang Ninh Province. Amata Industrial Park is situated in the communes of Song Khoai, Minh Thanh, Dong Mai, Cong Hoa, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province. The Amata Group from Thailand is the investor in this industrial park. Song Khoai Industrial Park is the first project by the Amata Group in northern Vietnam and the second industrial park built by the group in Vietnam, after Bien Hoa Industrial Park in Dong Nai Province.
This is one of the large-scale industrial parks invested in systematically, meeting international standards, and offering superior advantages for FDI investors. Enterprises investing here will enjoy many investment incentives, particularly in terms of customs duties, more than regular industrial parks, due to its location within the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone. The land clearance work is divided into 5 stages, with areas to be cleared as follows: 123ha, 120.08ha, nearly 300ha, over 92ha, and nearly 80ha. To date, Amata Industrial Park (Song Khoai) has completed the first phase, covering 123ha, ready to welcome investors.
Currently, there are 10 potential secondary investors from Japan, the UK, China, and Thailand committed to signing land lease contracts with the developer to carry out production and business projects.
Investment Registration Certificate for Jinko Solar Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd.
On September 19, 2021, at Amata Industrial Park (Song Khoai) in the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province, the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee organized a ceremony to grant the Investment Registration Certificate to Jinko Solar Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. for the project “Jinko Solar Vietnam Silicon Panel Technology.” The total investment capital of the two projects by Jinko Solar Group at Amata Industrial Park – Song Khoai amounts to 19,882 billion VND (approximately 865.6 million USD).

Amata Industrial Park (Song Khoai) enjoys a favorable geographical location for goods trade and easy connection to key transportation projects via a modern and completed road system.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The modern internal road system is divided into main roads and branches, making movement convenient.
Power System
The power supply within the industrial park is provided by Vietnam Electricity (EVN) with a 110KV power line to the substation within the park, operating a 189 MW substation with a 22KV electrical network to each factory.
Water System
The water treatment plant within the industrial park has a capacity of 27,000m³ per day.
Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage System
The stormwater and wastewater drainage systems are built separately. Wastewater from factories is treated locally at the production facilities according to new standards before being released into the industrial park’s main drainage system and transported to the central wastewater treatment plant.
Waste Disposal
Factories in the industrial park sign contracts for waste sorting, collection, and transport out of the park to prevent environmental pollution. The exhaust gases from the factories are equipped with filtration systems according to national standards before being released into the natural environment.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 24,000m³ per day.
Communication System
Telecommunication services within the industrial park are provided by Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT). Internet services through fiber-optic cables have been fully installed to each land plot.
