• • The park’s roads connect seamlessly to external traffic networks, facilitating investor access.
  • Main roads: 36 m wide; branch roads: 19.5 m wide.

Electricity:

• • Power is supplied by the Minh Quan 110/22kV substation, with distribution along internal roads to the boundary of each factory.

Public Lighting:

• • Road lighting is installed separately from the residential power system along traffic routes.

Water Supply:

• • Water is sourced from the Yen Binh Water Plant (4,000 m³/day) and delivered via D300 pipelines along the park’s roads.

Drainage Systems:

• • Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater are planned and constructed along internal roads.
    • Stormwater is discharged directly into receiving sources.
    • Wastewater is collected and treated at a centralized wastewater treatment plant to meet environmental standards before being released into the Red River.

Waste Management:

• • Factories in the park sign contracts with licensed service providers for waste classification, collection, and transportation, ensuring environmental safety.

Telecommunications:

• • Services by VNPT, FPT, and Viettel ensure uninterrupted communication domestically and internationally.
  • The development plan includes 3,000 lines by 2030 and 5,000 lines by 2040, with signal sourced from the Phu Loc Telecommunications Center.
