Diem Thuy Industrial Park is located in the fertile land of Thai Nguyen Province, known for its favorable conditions for industrial development. Officially approved and constructed in 2009, the park spans the areas of Diem Thuy Commune, Thuong Dinh Commune (Phu Binh District), and Hong Tien Commune (Pho Yen City).
Approved under Decision No. 1854/TTg-KTN dated October 8, 2009, by the Prime Minister, Diem Thuy Industrial Park is part of the provincial industrial park development plan up to 2015 and orientation toward 2020. Covering 350 hectares, the park is divided into two sections: Diem Thuy Industrial Park A and Diem Thuy Industrial Park B. Zone A occupies 170 hectares, developed by APEC Investment.
