Overview
Bao Minh Industrial Park I, established in 2007, is located in Liên Bao, Liên Minh, and Kim Thái communes, Vụ Ban District, Nam Định Province. The industrial park is divided into two phases: Phase 1 spans 155 hectares, while Phase 2 expands an additional 45 hectares. With a commitment to delivering substantial contributions to the community, the Bao Minh infrastructure project is designed to bring long-term benefits to investors and partners.

Expansion Approval
On December 20, 2021, Deputy Prime Minister Lê Văn Thành approved Decision No. 2142/QĐ-TTg for the expansion of Bao Minh Industrial Park. The project will span 44.682 hectares in Kim Thái and Liên Minh communes, Vụ Ban District, with a total investment capital of VND 320.45 billion. The project is scheduled to run from December 20, 2021, to December 20, 2057.
Location
The park is strategically located near the North-South national railway and National Highway 10 (a vital four-lane economic corridor). This route traverses six provinces and cities, including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, and Thanh Hoa, connecting to major transportation networks like National Highways 5, 37, 39, and 21, as well as the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway.
Its internal road network integrates seamlessly with the province’s transportation system, facilitating efficient goods transportation, reducing costs, and enhancing competitiveness. Additionally, the local workforce is abundant, well-trained, and highly skilled.

Separate drainage systems for rainwater and wastewater, using pipelines ranging from D600mm to D2500mm.
Wastewater is treated using advanced technology at a capacity of 20,000m³/day-night, meeting A-grade QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standardsbefore being discharged.
