Luong Son Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 78/QĐ-UBND dated January 21, 2011, by the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh Province. The park, covering 230 hectares, is developed by An Thinh Hoa Binh Real Estate Corporation. Its strategic location provides excellent connectivity to major economic regions such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh, offering investors substantial advantages in trade and logistics.
As of now, nearly 30 enterprises, including many FDI firms from Japan, South Korea, and India, have invested in the park. The total registered investment is approximately $300 million and 1,200 billion VND, with businesses operating across various industries such as telecommunications equipment, garment manufacturing, steel, mechanical components, automotive parts, aluminum, and construction glass.
The secondary investors in Luong Son Industrial Park have introduced innovative products to the province’s industrial sector, creating jobs for about 15,000 workers, enhancing export values, and contributing to the provincial budget. The park has also played a vital role in promoting economic development and social welfare. Notable enterprises include Minh Trung Co., Ltd., INC Co., Ltd. (South Korea), Dongah Elecomm Vietnam Co., Ltd. (South Korea), Composite JSC, Techno JSC, and Almine Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Luong Son Industrial Park is situated in Hoa Son Commune, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province, along National Highway 6. It is approximately 40–60 minutes by car from Hanoi via National Highway 6 or Lang-Hoa Lac Road. Its proximity to Hanoi, abundant skilled labor, and suitability for diverse business models make it an attractive destination for domestic and international investors.
Internal Roads:
Electricity Supply:
A 110kV substation is located within the park. Electricity from the Song Da hydropower plant is transmitted via a 110/220 (2×25) MVA transformer station, ensuring stable and sufficient power for factories and warehouses.
Public Lighting System:
A dedicated street lighting system is installed along the park’s internal roads, separate from residential power supply.
Water Supply:
Clean water is supplied from Song Da Water Plant and underground water systems within the park, with a capacity of 6,000 m³/day, ensuring uninterrupted water supply for industrial operations.
Drainage System:
Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater. Wastewater undergoes pre-treatment at factories before being collected and processed at the central treatment station. Treated water meets Class B – TCVN 1995 standards before being discharged.
Waste Management:
Solid and liquid waste is sorted and collected for proper disposal.
Wastewater Treatment:
The centralized wastewater treatment station has a capacity of 3,000 m³/day-night.
Telecommunication System:
A modern telecom network with 1,000 lines and high-speed internet provided by VNPT, EVN, and Viettel ensures efficient domestic and international communication.
