Overview

Mong Hoa Industrial Park (IP) was approved by the Hoa Binh Provincial People’s Committee in Decision No. 1505-QD/UBND on August 6, 2009, and the 1/500-scale detailed construction plan was approved in Decision No. 714/QD-UBND on May 4, 2011. An adjustment to the detailed plan was approved in Decision No. 1896/QD-UBND on August 10, 2018, with a total area of 235.86 hectares. Of this, 146.87 hectares (62.27%) is designated for industrial land. The park is characterized as a “clean” industrial park, providing production sites for enterprises to invest in business and production activities.

Currently, about 75 hectares (31.8% of the park) have been cleared. Infrastructure projects, such as access roads and main roads into the park, have been partially funded by the State budget. The Hoa Binh Provincial Industrial Park Management Board is collaborating with Phu My Group, the anticipated developer, to meet the necessary regulatory requirements for infrastructure development.

Mong Hoa Industrial Park is strategically located near two major transportation routes: National Highway 6 and the Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh Expressway, making it highly convenient for access to key trade hubs in Northern Vietnam.
