Nhuan Trach Industrial Park was established and constructed according to Decision No. 2350/TTg-KTN dated December 31, 2008, by the Prime Minister, approving the inclusion of Hoa Binh’s industrial parks into the national industrial park planning.
In early February 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh signed Decision No. 256/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the construction and infrastructure business project of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park in Hoa Binh province. The project initially planned for 200 hectares has been expanded by 13.68 hectares to reach 213.68 hectares, subject to the inclusion of this land into the land use planning for the 2021-2030 period by relevant authorities. The project is located in Nhuan Trach and Cu Yen communes, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh province, with an investment capital of VND 2,389.5 billion.

The park’s infrastructure is being developed comprehensively and modernly, with facilities such as electricity, water supply, drainage, fire safety, wastewater treatment, roads, telecommunications, lighting, security, environment, and green areas, all built to the standards of a clean, environmentally-friendly industrial park.
