Overview
The planning and site selection for Thanh Ha Industrial Park have significant advantages due to its proximity to Hoa Lac High-tech Zone and the rapidly developing Hanoi city, which attracts many investors. Currently, Thanh Ha Industrial Park is considered one of the key industrial parks in Hoa Binh Province.
The detailed construction planning at a 1/500 scale and boundary marking for Thanh Ha Industrial Park were completed. As of July 2020, two secondary projects have been implemented. The park has invested in several essential facilities, including: the 1/500 detailed construction planning, boundary marking, landmine and unexploded ordnance clearance, 35kVA power lines and substations, land clearance, etc., with a total investment of about VND 160.7 billion from the state budget.
Currently, Thanh Ha Industrial Park is urgently completing land clearance to build technical infrastructure and attract investments quickly.
