The Cong Khanh 1 Industrial Cluster (IC) infrastructure project was approved under Decision No. 768/QĐ UBND by Ha Tinh’s People’s Committee on March 15, 2019. It is developed by IDI Investment JSC. The cluster currently covers 45 ha and is planned to expand to 75 ha. It is located in Dau Lieu Ward, Hong Linh Town, Ha Tinh Province—Hong Linh being the northern economic hub of Ha Tinh close to Vinh City, offering excellent connectivity and logistics advantages.
