The 126 ha Phong Dien – Korea IP (phase 1) is developing rapidly. C&N Vina Hue Co., Ltd (Korea) plans a 110 ha expansion (phase 2) in Area A of Phong Dien IP, boosting regional capacity and creating jobs. The park is positioned as an eco friendly industrial zone specialized in textiles, dyeing, and garment manufacturing, with ongoing infrastructure completion and recruitment of secondary enterprises.
Location
Located in Phong Dien Town, Phong Dien District, Thua Thien Hue Province, this densely populated area enjoys access via road, sea, air, rail, and inland waterways. It is near National Highway 1A and the North–South Railway, offering excellent logistics.
Infrastructure
Internal Roads: Integrated system connecting to external network; main road 40 m wide; internal roads 2–4 lanes, 22–33 m wide.
Power Supply: Supplied via national grid through 110/22 kV substation (40 MVA capacity).
Lighting: Dedicated street lighting system.
Water: Supplied from Phong Dien district plant and Thua Thien Hue Water Supply JSC; capacity 14,000 m³/day.
Drainage: Separate stormwater and wastewater systems with rainwater directed to park canals.
Solid-Waste Treatment: Collected at transfer station, sorted at source, then transported for processing.
Wastewater Treatment: Designed capacity 30,000 m³/day (phase 1: 10,000 m³/day). Companies must pre-treat wastewater to meet national standard B before discharging to the central treatment plant. Independent wastewater system.
Telecom: International-standard telecom and postal services provided.
