General Introduction
Tam Hiep Port and Logistics Industrial Park is among the most efficiently operating industrial zones within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone. Initially covering 417 hectares, it has since been expanded to 608 hectares and remains one of Quang Nam Province’s leading industrial parks. The infrastructure investor is the Infrastructure Development Center under the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone Management Board.

Established in 2003, Tam Hiep Industrial Park was the first of its kind within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, growing in parallel with the formation and development of the Chu Lai Truong Hai Automobile Plant. The park is strategically surrounded by key transport routes, including National Highway 1A, the national coastal road, the North–South railway, Chu Lai Airport, and a direct link to the Da Nang – Quang Ngai Expressway. It also borders the Chu Lai International Seaport, making it the core of Chu Lai’s strategic development.

Location

Tam Hiep Port and Logistics Industrial Park is located in Tam Hiep Commune, Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province. The park lies within one of the province’s key economic development zones, intersected by National Highway 1A, the North–South Expressway, the North–South Railway, and is served by Chu Lai Airport and nearby seaports. It is also adjacent to the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone and Dung Quat Economic Zone.

Internal Transportation

Power Supply

Power is supplied from the national grid through the Ky Hoa 110KV substation, equipped with two 40 MVA transformers, ensuring stable electricity for the park.

Public Lighting
The lighting system is designed separately from residential power supply and runs along all main roads.

Water Supply
Water is provided by Tam Ky Water Plant with a capacity of 20,000 m³/day.

Drainage (Stormwater & Wastewater)
Stormwater and wastewater systems are separated. Rainwater is discharged directly into the industrial park’s drainage channels.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations, sorted at the source, and transported to a centralized treatment facility.

Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is treated according to national standards including QCVN 25:2009/BTNMT, QCVN 02:2012/BTNMT, QCVN 07:2009/BTNMT, and QCVN 30:2012/BTNMT.

Telecommunications
International-standard telecommunications services via VNPT fiber-optic networks are available, providing high-speed data transmission and domestic/international postal services.
