Tam Thang Industrial Park is developed with modern, synchronized infrastructure. The internal road system is rationally designed to ensure easy and convenient access to each land lot.

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from the national grid via the 110 kV Tam Thang substation, ensuring stable supply to the entire park.

Public Lighting
Street lighting is designed separately from residential power and is installed along all main transportation routes.

Water Supply
Water is sourced from Tam Ky Water Plant with a capacity of 35,000 m³/day, sufficient to meet enterprise demands.

Drainage (Stormwater & Wastewater)
Stormwater and wastewater are managed through separate systems. All rainwater is discharged into the park’s dedicated drainage channels.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations, where it is sorted at the source before being transported to treatment facilities.

Wastewater Treatment
All wastewater from enterprises must be routed through the industrial park’s collection network and sent to the centralized treatment system (invested by Panko) for processing before being discharged into the environment.

Telecommunications
The park is equipped with international-standard telecommunication infrastructure that meets all requirements for communication, high-speed data transmission, and postal services. Specialized service providers will deliver necessary support to investors.
