Industrial Parks in Hai Phong: Latest Updates
Hai Phong is one of the five largest industrial hubs in Vietnam. With 126 km of coastline, a land area of 4,000 km², and a continental shelf of 100,000 km², Hai Phong serves as the main gateway to the sea for northern Vietnam. Its strategic location makes it a pivotal player in the economic development of northern Vietnam and the Red River Delta region. The city continues to attract significant domestic and international investment.
As an industrial hub, Hai Phong’s industrial parks (IPs) have become focal points for large-scale investment projects. The city aims to complete its industrialization and modernization process by 2025, becoming a modern industrial city.
As of Q1 2021, Hai Phong hosts 12 operational IPs, including 8 within the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone (EZ) and 4 outside it. These IPs have attracted 570 projects, comprising:
- 403 FDI projectswith a total capital of $17.1 billion.
- 167 domestic projectswith a total investment of 145.885 trillion VND (equivalent to $6.2 billion).
Hai Phong is also mobilizing resources to develop high-tech industrial parks, aiming to add 15 new IPs and 23 modern standard industrial clusters (ICs) by 2025.

1. Nomura Industrial Park
- Location: Highway 5, An Duong District.
- Area: 153 ha.
- Developer: Joint venture between Hai Phong People’s Committee and Nomura Financial Group (Japan).
2. DEEP C Hai Phong I
- Location: Dinh Vu-Cat Hai EZ, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District.
- Area: 541 ha.
- Developer: Joint venture between Hai Phong People’s Committee and Rent-A-Port (Belgium).
3. DEEP C Hai Phong II
- Location: Tan Vu-Lach Huyen Roundabout, Dong Hai 1 Ward, Hai An District.
- Area: 654 ha.
- Developer: Joint venture between Hai Phong People’s Committee and Rent-A-Port (Belgium).
4. DEEP C Hai Phong III
- Location: Dinh Vu-Cat Hai EZ, Cat Hai District.
- Area: 520 ha.
- Developer: Joint venture between Hai Phong People’s Committee and Rent-A-Port (Belgium).
5. Do Son Industrial Park
- Location: Ngoc Xuyen Ward, Do Son District.
- Area: 150 ha.
- Developer: Do Son IP Joint Venture and Hai Phong Infrastructure Development Co., in partnership with Asia Glorious Development Limited (Hong Kong).
6. An Duong Industrial Park
- Location: Hong Phong and Bac Son Communes, An Duong District.
- Area: 196 ha.
- Developer: Holdings Tham Quyet Joint Stock Company.
7. Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park
- Location: Thuong Kien, Thien Huong, Lam Dong, and Hoang Dong Wards, Thuy Nguyen District.
- Area: 263 ha (103 ha in Phase 1, 160 ha in Phase 2).
- Developer: SHINEC Shipbuilding Industrial Co.
8. Trang Due Industrial Park
- Location: An Duong District.
- Area: 401 ha (187 ha in Phase 1, 241 ha in Phase 2).
- Developer: Saigon-Hai Phong IP Corporation.
9. Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park
- Location: Dong Hai and Trang Cat Wards, Hai An District.
- Area: 2,002 ha (1,344 ha in Zone 1, 658 ha in Zone 2).

10. VSIP Hai Phong Urban, Industrial, and Service Park
