Industrial Parks in Tuyen Quang Province – Updated List
Tuyen Quang Province, a mountainous area with abundant resources such as land, forests, and minerals, along with a large workforce and increasingly modernized transportation infrastructure, has become a driving force for industrial development, tied to economic and social growth.
The province focuses on developing its industrial sector in a concentrated manner, leveraging the advantages of each region. The southern areas of the province and Tuyen Quang City prioritize the development of wood processing, supporting industries, and building materials. In the northern areas, priority is given to textiles, footwear, agricultural and forestry product processing, food processing, and herbal medicine production.
Development Goals by 2025
- Industrial value:Over VND 27,700 billion.
- Industry’s share in GRDP:7%.
- Completion of planning and establishment of new parks:Nam Son Duong Industrial Park, Tam Da Industrial Park (Son Duong District), and Long Binh An Industrial Park (Tuyen Quang City).
- Establishment of new industrial clusters:At least five, with an average occupancy rate of over 60%.

A. Operational Industrial Parks (2)
Long Binh An Industrial Park
- Established:December 12, 2009.
- Location:Doi Can Ward, Tuyen Quang City, adjacent to DDT186 road.
- Scale:170 ha (Phase I: 109 ha).
- Main industries:Multisectoral, including agricultural and forestry processing, mineral processing, building materials, and mechanical industries.
- Operating term:2009–2059.
Son Nam Industrial Park
- Established:July 15, 2016.
- Location:Son Nam Commune, Son Duong District.
- Scale:150 ha.
- Main industries:Agricultural and forestry processing, building materials, consumer goods production, electronics assembly, and more.
- Operating term:2016–2066.
B. Industrial Clusters (5)
An Thinh Industrial Cluster (Chiêm Hóa District)
- Scale:78 ha.
- Main industries:Medium-scale food and forestry processing, mineral processing (e.g., antimony, manganese), and handicrafts.
Khuon Phuong Industrial Cluster
- Scale:20 ha.
- Main industries:Barite powder processing, bamboo and rattan products, fish processing, and mechanical repairs.
Tan Thanh Industrial Cluster (Hàm Yên District)
- Scale:2 ha.
- Main industries:Orange juice processing, wood processing, and small-scale industries.
Thang Quan Industrial Cluster (Yen Son District)
- Scale:1 ha.
- Managed by:Woodsland Tuyen Quang JSC.
Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster (Son Duong District)
- Scale:75 ha.
- Active projects:11 projects occupying 35.14 ha.
Development Plan for 2021–2030
Tuyen Quang focuses on circular economy models, green growth, high technology, and environmentally friendly practices. Key priorities include:
- Establishing Nam Son Duong, Tam Da, and Nhu Khe Industrial Parks.
- Expanding Long Binh An Industrial Park.
- Establishing at least five new industrial clusters.
- Ensuring an average occupancy rate of over 60% for industrial parks and clusters.
