General Information
An Ha Industrial Park, located in Pham Van Hai Commune, Binh Chanh District, covers an area of 159.06 ha. It was approved for conversion from an industrial cluster to an industrial park by the Prime Minister under Official Letter No. 1204/TTg-KTN dated July 21, 2011, and included in the list of prioritized new industrial parks to be established by 2015, with orientation toward 2020, under Decision No. 1107/QĐ-TTg dated August 21, 2006.

According to Decision No. 6140/QĐ-UBND dated December 19, 2011, approving the detailed urban planning at a scale of 1/2000, An Ha Industrial Park’s infrastructure development is managed by Nhat Thanh Construction Investment Consulting Trading Production Joint Stock Company.
Clean Industrial Park
An Ha Industrial Park is designed as a clean industrial park, minimizing environmental pollution. Part of the area accommodates existing enterprises engaged in non-polluting industries, including:
