An Phat 1 Industrial Park – Hai Duong | Area: 180ha- Term: Until 2070
In February 2021, the An Phat 1 Industrial Park in Hai Duong Province was approved by the Prime Minister. The industrial park spans a total area of 180 hectares and is located across three communes: An Lam, An Binh, and Quoc Tuan in Nam Sach District, Hai Duong Province. It is considered a key high-tech and environmentally friendly industrial park in the province.
The developer of the park is An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. The park is divided into three phases:
- Phase 1: Covers an area of 58.7 hectares and was projected for handover in Q3 2021.
- Phase 2: Covers 65.8 hectares, with land handover planned for Q1 2022.
- Phase 3: Covers 55.5 hectares, with land handover expected in Q3 2022.
Location
The An Phat 1 Industrial Park is strategically located near key transportation routes, including:
- National Highway 5 connecting Hanoi and Hai Phong
- National Highway 18 linking Bac Ninh Province’s center with Noi Bai International Airport
- National Highway 37 connecting Chi Linh City in Hai Duong Province
This advantageous location makes the industrial park a hub for trade and connectivity with numerous provinces and cities. It serves as a key center for industry and services in northern Vietnam.

Internal Traffic
The width of the main road system in the central area is 34 meters, while the width of branch roads and service roads is 11 meters.
Power Supply
The industrial park is equipped with a power supply of 38.4 KVA, and the substation operates at 110/35/22 KV – 2×25 MVA.
Water Supply
Clean water is provided with a capacity of 5,000 m³ per day and night, ensuring sufficient supply for both production and living needs within the industrial park.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
The wastewater system (including industrial and domestic wastewater) is built separately. It uses a 1.5-meter wide channel in the southern area and two drainage pumps with a capacity of 2 m³/s, collecting water to the park’s wastewater treatment plant.
Waste Management
Solid waste from the factories within the industrial park is sorted, collected, and processed by specialized units.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,100 m³ per day and night.
Communication System
The industrial park is equipped with a modern broadband communication system, with services provided by major telecom companies such as Viettel, VNPT, and others.
