– The internal transportation system features a main road with a width of 34m.
– Branch roads are 10m and 6m wide.

Industrial Park Power System
– Power is supplied at 22kV from the national grid, ensuring a stable 24/7 supply for manufacturing businesses, even during peak seasons. Additional power can be provided based on customer needs.

Water Supply System
– Water for the industrial park is sourced from Cam Giang Water Plant, with a capacity of approximately 5,000 m³/day and night.

Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage Systems
– Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are arranged along the roads and are directed to the park’s centralized treatment station.

Waste Management
– Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to the city’s centralized landfill.

Wastewater Treatment
– Wastewater from businesses, including industrial and domestic wastewater, is pre-treated to meet at least Level C standards before being discharged into the park’s common drainage system. The industrial park then further treats the wastewater to meet Level B standards before releasing it into the Sat River. The park’s wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 1,720 m³/day.

Telecommunication System
– Telephone lines are provided based on customer demand.
– Internet: Broadband ADSL and fiber optic connections ensure seamless international communication.
