Overview

Ba Thien II Industrial Park is strategically located in the communes of Thien Ke, Ba Hien, and Trung My, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, with a total planned area of 308.83 hectares. Developed and operated by Vina-CPK Co., Ltd., the park serves as an attractive investment destination for both domestic and foreign investors, especially from the United States, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.

Ba Thien II Industrial Park is designed with a focus on modernity and environmental friendliness, supporting industries such as light manufacturing, electronics, and high-tech industries.   • Investment Certificate: 2009 The industrial park began construction in 2011, with development planned in four phases. Phases 1 and 2 have been completed, and infrastructure investments for Phases 3 and 4 are ongoing. Currently, efforts are underway to clear an additional 100 hectares of industrial land to attract new investments following delays caused by the pandemic.
