Overview
Ba Thien II Industrial Park is strategically located in the communes of Thien Ke, Ba Hien, and Trung My, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, with a total planned area of 308.83 hectares. Developed and operated by Vina-CPK Co., Ltd., the park serves as an attractive investment destination for both domestic and foreign investors, especially from the United States, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.
Ba Thien II Industrial Park is designed with a focus on modernity and environmental friendliness, supporting industries such as light manufacturing, electronics, and high-tech industries. Its proximity to Hanoi and the benefits of local economic policies make it a competitive location for future industrial growth.
- Investment Certificate: 2009 The industrial park began construction in 2011, with development planned in four phases. Phases 1 and 2 have been completed, and infrastructure investments for Phases 3 and 4 are ongoing. Currently, efforts are underway to clear an additional 100 hectares of industrial land to attract new investments following delays caused by the pandemic.
Notable investors include Nippon Paint Vinh Phuc (Japan), Vina Union, Sekonix Vina (South Korea), Datatronic (South Korea), and Proctec (USA).

The industrial park is located 49 km northwest of Hanoi, making it well-connected to the Northern Economic Region and neighboring areas via a robust transportation network:

Infrastructure
Internal Roads
Roads are designed with 2 to 6 lanes, ranging from 19.5 to 39 meters wide, and built to concrete standards. Green spaces and grass strips enhance the park’s aesthetic.
Power Supply
Electricity is supplied by the Thien Ke substation, with transmission lines of 110/22 kV and a capacity of 63 MVA for Phase 1, increasing to 126 MVA upon completion.

Clean water supply capacity is 10,000 m³/day, provided by Vinh Phuc Water Supply Company through the Phuc Yen (28,000 m³/day) and Ba Hien (10,000 m³/day) water plants. Two underground reservoirs are available for emergencies.

Rainwater: Collected and directed to local channels and rivers.
Wastewater: Centralized treatment with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day, meeting Type A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT).
