General Introduction
The detailed 1:2000 master plan for Bac Duyen Hai Industrial Park was approved by the People’s Committee of Lao Cai Province under Decision No. 1023/QĐ-UBND dated May 11, 2012.
Bac Duyen Hai Industrial Park was converted from the Bac Duyen Hai Industrial Cluster with a total planned area of 85 ha, located in Duyen Hai Ward, Lao Cai City. The park has now been fully occupied.
Location
The industrial park serves as a strategic connection between Lao Cai City and the Kim Thanh Trade Zone, making it highly convenient for logistics centers, high-end building material production, mechanical workshops, handicrafts, and small-scale clean industries.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The internal road network is fully developed, allowing smooth traffic and convenient transport of goods. The main roads have four lanes, and branch roads have two lanes.

The park ensures stable and continuous electricity for all factories.
Street lighting systems are independently designed and installed along all main and branch roads.

Water pipelines are installed up to each factory’s fence.

All investors sign contracts with licensed professional waste collection and treatment companies.
Wastewater is treated to meet Grade A national standards before being discharged into the environment.
