Overview
Binh Xuyen I Industrial Park (IP) was the earliest industrial park established in Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province. It was founded under Document No. 805/CP-CN dated June 18, 2003, by the Government, approving the investment policy for its construction. Developed by An Thinh Vinh Phuc Construction Investment Co., Ltd., the project covers an area of 286.98 hectares, of which 211.64 hectares are dedicated to industrial land, while the rest is allocated for roads and infrastructure supporting businesses.
Located in the Northern Key Economic Region, adjacent to National Highway 2 in Dao Duc Town, Binh Xuyen District, Binh Xuyen IP offers an ideal investment destination. Its proximity to key transportation networks — including road, air, and sea routes — and its modern, synchronized infrastructure make it a hub for sustainable industrial development.

Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment facility processes up to 3,000 m³/day-night (current capacity: 1,500 m³/day-night) to meet standard A under QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
