Overview
In 2014, Fuchuan Co., Ltd. received approval from the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee to invest in and develop the Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park (IP). Located in Ba Hien Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, the park was launched with a registered capital of nearly USD 150 million, with Phase I covering an area of over 42 hectares.
Since becoming operational, Binh Xuyen II IP has significantly contributed to the economic development of Binh Xuyen District and Vinh Phuc Province. The park boasts a comprehensive infrastructure system built to meet the criteria of being green, clean, and environmentally friendly, with a widespread green landscape. Its strategic location facilitates smooth logistics and goods transportation to various cities and industrial hubs within and outside the province.
Achievements and Development
Phase I Results
As of now, Phase I of Binh Xuyen II IP has attracted 58 FDI projects with a total investment of USD 304.54 million. Among these, 56 projects have commenced production, achieving a 100% land occupancy rate. The park has created numerous job opportunities, boosting the socio-economic development of the province.
Worker Housing Project
To address urgent housing needs, the company is completing investment procedures for the Phoenix Town Worker Housing and Public Service Complex in Ba Hien Commune. This project, with a total investment of over VND 1 trillion, aims to provide housing for workers in the region, improve living standards, and enhance productivity while ensuring environmental and security conditions.
Phase II Expansion
On July 23, 2020, Vinh Phuc Province issued Decision No. 1839/QD-UBND to adjust the detailed planning of Binh Xuyen II IP to a 1/500 scale. Phase II will expand the park by 63 hectares, with a total registered capital of USD 18 million. Fuchuan Co., Ltd. is finalizing project documents for approval by the Prime Minister. The modern infrastructure of Phase II aims to attract approximately 50 projects in sectors like electronics manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and warehousing, creating additional jobs and increasing local revenue.

Binh Xuyen II IP is strategically located less than 2 km from the Noi Bai–Lao Cai Expressway, offering businesses rapid and convenient access to:
