Power System
The power substation of the industrial park has a capacity of 110/22KV-32 MVA. Cai Lan Industrial Park ensures a stable 24/7 power supply for production enterprises, even during peak seasons. It can also provide power tailored to the specific needs of individual businesses.

Water System
Water supply from the city’s system with a capacity of 4,000m³ per day.

Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage System
Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater drainage have been constructed. Wastewater from factories is treated on-site at production facilities to meet regulatory standards before being discharged into the park’s common wastewater system and transported to the central wastewater treatment plant.

Waste Management
Factories within the industrial park sign contracts for sorting, collecting, and transporting waste out of the park to prevent environmental pollution. Exhaust gases are filtered through systems meeting national standards before being released into the natural environment.

Wastewater Treatment
The industrial park has a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000m³ per day.

Communication System
The industrial park provides broadband ADSL, private switchboards, international telephony, teleconferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, and more.
