Internal Roads

• • The park dedicates 16.59 ha to internal transportation infrastructure.
  • Road widths range from 24 m to 40 m, allowing smooth logistics and movement.

Power Supply

• • Power is supplied from the existing 110/15-22 kV Cat Lai substation.
  • Additionally, 3 new distribution substations (15-22/0.4 kV, 100 kVA each) are built to ensure stable traffic lighting and a modern aesthetic.

Public Lighting

• • The lighting system is independently designed from the residential power network.
  • Uses 150W – 250W – 220V high-pressure sodium lamps mounted on galvanized steel poles (8-9 m high).

Water Supply and Drainage

Water Supply System

• • Water is sourced from the Thu Duc Water Plant, utilizing the Ø600 water pipeline along Nguyen Thi Dinh Road.
  • Water supply standards:
    • Domestic use: 180 liters/person/day
    • Industrial production: 40 m³/ha/day
    • Firefighting capacity: 25 liters/second for one fire, with a maximum of two simultaneous fires
    • Total water supply capacity: 6,702 m³/day

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage

• • The drainage system is gravity-based, using reinforced concrete round pipes laid underground.
  • Branch pipes are arranged perpendicular to main pipes, which run along main roads.

Waste Management

• • Waste is collected daily and transported to the district’s closed waste compression station.
  • From there, it is delivered to the city’s centralized waste treatment complexes according to the city’s master plan.
  • Professional waste treatment service contracts are required for all investors.

Wastewater Treatment

• • Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,097 m³/day-night.

Telecommunication System

• • The park’s telecommunication system meets international standards, offering high-speed data transmission.
  • VNPT and other postal and telecommunication service providers ensure that all communication needs are met efficiently.
