Overview
Cau Nghin Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister under document No. 1745/TTg-KTN dated October 16, 2008. Located in An Bai town, Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh province, the park covers a total area of 184.07 ha, including 118 ha of industrial land. The investor is IDICO Corporation.
Strategically situated along National Highway 10 and near residential areas, the park offers a plentiful labor force, competitive land rental prices, and is a hub for foreign investors, particularly from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
