Cong Hoa Industrial Park, located in Cong Hoa Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province, is developed by Vietnam Rubber Urban and Industrial Park Development JSC. Spanning 201 hectares with a total investment of 1,081 billion VND, it is part of Vietnam’s national industrial park planning strategy through 2020.
As a high-tech industrial park, Cong Hoa adheres to international standards with modern, eco-friendly technologies. The park features synchronized and advanced infrastructure, wide internal roads, extensive green spaces, international-standard power and water supply systems, and versatile land plots suitable for diverse factory setups. Future expansion is possible once the current area is fully occupied.
Location
The park is strategically located in the Northern Key Economic Region, forming part of the Hanoi-Hai Phong-Quang Ninh economic triangle. It connects to the Mong Cai border gate via National Highway 18, the Hanoi-Quang Ninh tourism railway, and the Kunming-Quang Ninh highway (under construction). Links to Hai Phong are accessible via Highways 37, 5A, and 10.

– The industrial park sources power from a 110kV/22kV substation with a dedicated 25MVA capacity. Additional substations include a 110kV substation (2x40MVA) and a 22kV/0.4kV substation.

– The park features a dedicated clean water treatment plant with a capacity of 8,700m³/day to meet investors’ needs.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage
– Separate drainage systems for wastewater and rainwater run along the internal roads and lead to the park’s central treatment facilities.
Waste Management
– Solid waste from factories is sorted, collected, and transported to centralized disposal sites in Hai Duong City.
Wastewater Treatment
– The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 5,200m³/day, ensuring adequate treatment for the park’s operations.
Telecommunications
– Telephone lines, broadband ADSL, and fiber-optic internet are available, supporting seamless international communications.
