Dai An Expansion Industrial Park (Phase1) – Hai Duong | Area: 189.02 hectares – Term: Until 2058
In May 2016, the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee approved the detailed construction plan for the expansion of Dai An Industrial Park. The total construction area of the expanded Dai An Industrial Park is 416.21 hectares, with Phase I covering 189.02 hectares. This industrial park aims to become a model industrial park of Vietnam, with infrastructure and services meeting international standards. The project is invested by Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd. As of the end of August 2019, the industrial park has attracted 47 secondary investment projects with a total investment of nearly 1.2 billion USD. Of these, 33 projects have begun production operations.
Location
Dai An Expansion Industrial Park (Phase I) is located in Lai Cach Town, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province. It is situated near National Route 5, connecting Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Hai Phong, offering convenient transportation for goods movement.
Infrastructure
Internal Roads: The internal road system has cross-sections of 39m, 35.5m, and 33m.
Electricity Supply: The electricity is sourced from 22KV and 110kVA substations (two 63,000KVA transformers) connected to the national grid. It ensures a stable 24/7 power supply for production enterprises, even during peak seasons, and can be tailored to meet individual company needs.
Water Supply: The water system provides 20,000m³ per day (supplied by Hai Duong Province’s clean water company).
Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage: The stormwater and wastewater systems are independently designed as separate systems.
Waste Management: Investors will sign service contracts with professional waste management companies.
Telecommunications: Internet services include ADLS broadband, international telecommunications (IDD), fiber optic cables, and leased lines.
Telephone: Phone lines are provided based on investor requirements.
