In May 2016, the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee approved adjustments to the detailed planning of the Dai An Industrial Park Expansion. With a total planned construction area of 416.21ha, the Phase II development, spanning 227ha, was officially established on May 7, 2021. This phase is developed by Dai An Joint Stock Company, aiming to create a multi-sector industrial park that excludes heavy industry and pollution-intensive activities. Enterprises operating here must employ advanced technologies and implement wastewater treatment systems that meet stringent standards. Land clearance efforts for Phase II are currently being expedited.
Location
Dai An Industrial Park Expansion (Phase II) is located in Tu Minh Ward, Hai Duong City, as well as in the communes of Cam Dong, Cam Doai, and Lai Cach Town in Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province. Situated adjacent to National Highway 5, which links Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Hai Phong, this location offers significant advantages for logistics and goods transportation.
