Dai An Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister under document no. 317/CP-CN dated March 21, 2003. With a total area of 135.96 hectares, the project is invested by Dai An Joint Stock Company. This industrial park is a leading model industrial park in Hai Duong Province and Vietnam, featuring internationally standardized infrastructure and services. A portion of the land is allocated for residential support services, including commercial shops, dining outlets, healthcare facilities, and daycare centers. The industrial park also reserves land for vocational training centers for workers and technical staff.

Dai An Industrial Park is located at Km51, National Highway 5, Tu Minh Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province. Positioned along National Highway 5, which connects Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Hai Phong, the location offers exceptional convenience for transportation and logistics.
