Overview

Dinh Huong – Tay Bac Ga Industrial Park (IP) in Thanh Hoa Province was established under Decision No. 913/QD-UBND by the Provincial People’s Committee. It spans across Dong Cuong Commune and Dong Tho Ward in Thanh Hoa City, with an original area of 180 ha. This IP was formed by merging Tay Bac Ga IP (133.85 ha) and Dinh Huong IP (28.85 ha), along with additional land allocated for advanced quartz electronic chip manufacturing (CH1, CN27, KH3 plots).

The current adjusted area of the IP is 202.57 ha, with a utilization rate of over 90%. The park is managed by the Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board.
It has attracted 250 investment projects, of which 202 are fully operational.

Location

The IP is located in the northern area of Thanh Hoa City, adjacent to National Route 1A and near the city center. Its advantageous location and convenient transportation network make it a prime destination for investment.

- Industrial wastewater is pre-treated at factories before being sent to the central treatment facility in Tay Bac Ga IP.
