Water Supply System

    • On-site Water Plant: 10,000 m³/day-night.
    • Thu Dau Mot Water Plant: 200,000 m³/day-night.
    • Water quality complies with Vietnamese Standards (QCVN).

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage

• • Separate Drainage Systems: Rainwater and wastewater are managed independently.
  • Rainwater Drainage Pipes: Diameter D600-D1500, utilizing automatic drainage technology.
  • Central Wastewater Treatment Plant: Capacity of 8,500 m³/day-night, meeting Category A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT).

Waste Management

• • Professional Waste Treatment Contracts: Investors must sign agreements with licensed waste treatment providers.
  • Daily Waste Collection: Waste is collected and transported to the city’s centralized treatment complexes.

Telecommunication System

• • The telecommunication infrastructure meets international standards, providing high-speed data transmission and uninterrupted connectivity.
