Dong Van II Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 335/2006/QD-UBND dated March 22, 2006, issued by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province. The project is managed and developed by Ha Nam Development Corporation for the construction and operation of industrial infrastructure.
This multi-industry park covers 263.82 hectares and commenced development in 2006. Currently, Dong Van II Industrial Park has attracted 95 investors, including 74 FDI projects from South Korea, Japan, Germany, the United States, and other countries, with a total investment of USD 1.197 billion, and 21 DDI projects with a total investment of VND 2.598 trillion. The park is considered a prominent destination for investors, contributing significantly to job creation for thousands of local workers, driving economic growth, and increasing provincial tax revenue.
The park has now reached 92.9% occupancy, hosting many notable investors such as Honda, Sumitomo, Cargill, and Ace Technology.
Dong Van II Industrial Park is located in Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province, bordering Hanoi. It is adjacent to National Highway 1A, a major transportation artery, offering convenient road connections to Hai Phong Port and Noi Bai International Airport. This advantageous location makes it ideal for businesses involved in import-export activities and materials transportation.
Internal Traffic
The park has an intelligent and well-organized internal road network. Main roads are 36 meters wide, and branch roads are 24 meters wide, with lighting systems installed along the entire length.
Power Supply
Electricity is supplied continuously and stably through the 110KV high-voltage line running near the southern boundary of the park.
Public Lighting System
The lighting network is separate from the domestic electricity supply system, with lights installed along the traffic routes.
Water Supply System
Clean water is supplied directly to the boundary of each enterprise, with a capacity of up to 20,000m³/day.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage Systems
Separate drainage systems for rainwater and wastewater are in place. Rainwater is collected and directed to nearby rivers, while wastewater is channeled to the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant.
Waste Management
Factories within the park sign contracts with specialized waste management companies for waste classification, collection, and transportation, ensuring environmental safety.
Wastewater Treatment
Industrial and domestic wastewater is treated to at least level C standards before being discharged into the park’s common drainage system. The industrial park further processes wastewater to meet government regulations. Phase II of the wastewater treatment system, with a capacity of 2,000m³/day-night, was completed in August 2018, meeting the QCVN standards for treated wastewater.
Telecommunication System
The telecommunications infrastructure meets international standards, with underground fiber-optic cables connected directly to each enterprise.
