Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park was established on April 25, 2017, under Decision No. 552/QĐ-UBND by the Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee. Located in Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province, the park spans an area of 523 hectares as per the 2020 plan, with an expansion direction of up to 800 hectares. The investor is Dong Van III Industrial Park Infrastructure Development JSC.

The park development includes three phases:

• Phase 1: 131.59 ha (industrial land: 92.56 ha)
• Phase 2: 168.41 ha (industrial land: 117.74 ha). Investment approval was granted on September 20, 2019, under Decision 1233/QĐ-TTg, with a total investment of VND 1,272 billion.
• Phase 3: 223 ha (awaiting investment policy approval).

Dong Van III is designated as a supporting industrial park with key industries such as electronics, telecommunications, automobile assembly, mechanical engineering, and high-tech industrial products. The operational duration is 70 years from its establishment, dedicated to Japanese investors.

Key Features:

• ICD (Inland Container Depot): Developed by Saigon Newport Corporation within Dong Van III Industrial Park.
• Factory Rentals: Offers rental spaces for small enterprises ranging from 500 to 1,000 m² or larger depending on investors’ needs.

The park currently hosts 40 investment projects, including 36 Japanese FDI projects totaling USD 305.496 million and 4 DDI projects worth VND 431.35 billion.
