Overview
Dong Van IV Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 1778/QD-UBND in 2016, issued by the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province. The project is managed by Viglacera Corporation, covering 600 hectares with a total investment of VND 1.91 trillion.
The project is divided into two phases and is developed across the communes of Nhat Tan, Dai Cuong, and Nhat Tuu in Kim Bang District, Ha Nam Province. Phase 1, encompassing 300 hectares, commenced on November 11, 2016. Currently the largest industrial park in the province, Dong Van IV is oriented toward developing into a multi-industry park utilizing advanced, clean, and environmentally friendly technologies.
The park’s infrastructure is comprehensively designed and constructed to meet modern standards, ensuring it satisfies the requirements of secondary investors. With its strategic role, Dong Van IV Industrial Park serves as a critical driver for Ha Nam’s industrialization and modernization, contributing to both immediate and long-term socio-economic development.
Within just four years of operation, the park has attracted numerous prominent domestic and international brands, including Anam Electronics, Masan Group, and Kortek Corporation. To date, Dong Van IV Industrial Park has achieved 100% occupancy, with over 45 secondary enterprises leasing land.
Location
Dong Van IV Industrial Park is strategically situated along National Highway 38, within the communes of Nhat Tan, Dai Cuong, and Nhat Tuu in Kim Bang District.
The park’s location allows easy connectivity to National Highway 1, the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, and major seaports. Its position is pivotal in fostering economic, cultural, and technological exchanges with surrounding provinces, particularly Hanoi and the Northern Key Economic Zone.
The park is less than 40 minutes from Hanoi’s city center, enabling businesses to effectively tap into a skilled workforce from the region’s top universities.
Infrastructure
Internal Traffic
The park features a smart and accessible internal road network. Central roads are 36 meters wide, while branch roads are 24 meters wide, with lighting systems installed along all routes.

Electricity is supplied from the national grid through a 110/22KV substation with a capacity of 2x63MVA.
Public Lighting System
The street lighting system is independent of the domestic power supply and is installed along all traffic routes.
Water Supply System
Clean water is provided from a water treatment plant with a capacity of 12,000m³/day-night.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage Systems
Separate drainage systems are in place for rainwater and wastewater. Rainwater is collected and directed to nearby rivers, while wastewater is treated at the industrial park’s dedicated facility.
Waste Management
Factories within the park enter into agreements with certified waste management companies to ensure proper waste classification, collection, and disposal.
Wastewater Treatment
A modern wastewater treatment plant with a 2,000m³/day-night capacity in Phase 1 was constructed at an investment of VND 24 billion, with capacity expansion planned as infrastructure develops.
Telecommunication System
The telecommunication infrastructure meets international standards, featuring underground fiber-optic cables directly connected to the premises of each enterprise.
