Internal Roads
The internal road system is spacious and built to industrial park standards. National Highway 14 serves as the main access route, with the Primary Road No. 1 connecting directly from the highway into the park.

Power Supply
Initially powered from the 110/22kV Dong Xoai substation, the park later established its own substation and closed-loop 22kV power network with five distribution substations for street lighting. Electricity is supplied to each land plot, ensuring 100% power reliability for all enterprises.

Public Lighting
The lighting grid is designed independently from the general power system, with lights installed along all main roads.

Water Supply
In the early stage, groundwater from drilled wells was used. Later, water has been supplied from Dong Xoai Water Plant, with elevated tanks constructed for flow regulation, guaranteeing adequate and stable water supply for production activities.

Drainage Systems
Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are constructed separately for environmental safety and efficiency.

Waste Management
Enterprises are required to contract with licensed waste treatment providers for proper disposal of solid waste.

Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment facility has been established to ensure that treated water meets environmental standards before discharge into nearby streams.

Telecommunications
The park has an international-standard telecommunications system, offering high-speed data and reliable communication services.
