Gia Loc Industrial Park – Hai Duong | Area: 197.94ha – Area: Until 2071
On March 22, 2021, the Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee approved the detailed planning of Gia Loc Industrial Park at a 1/2000 scale according to Decision No. 3119/QD-UBND. The project was approved for investment by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 409/QD-TTg. The infrastructure investor is Quang Nam Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company. The industrial park covers an area of 197.94ha, with a total investment of 2,062.5 billion VND.
Currently, the Gia Loc Industrial Park is completing the land clearance procedures. The park will be developed with modern, synchronous infrastructure to meet the needs of investors. Once operational, it is expected to be a major investment attraction for Gia Loc District.
Location
Gia Loc Industrial Park is located in Gia Loc Town and the communes of Hong Hung, Toan Thang, and Hoang Dieu in Gia Loc District, Hai Duong Province. The park enjoys convenient transportation connections, allowing access to various provinces and cities within and outside of Vietnam via road, sea, rail, and air. It serves as a key trade and logistics hub connecting northern Vietnam’s industrial and service centers.

– The main road of the industrial park is 42m wide.
– Branch roads are 32m wide.

– The industrial park’s substation operates at 110kV. The electricity system is designed to optimize energy capacity, ensuring efficient support for the park’s businesses.

– The park has its own water treatment plant, guaranteeing a stable supply of clean water exclusively for the industrial park. The plant’s capacity is 6,000m³/day and night.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage
– The wastewater drainage system, including both industrial and domestic wastewater, is constructed separately and directed to the park’s wastewater treatment plant.

– Solid waste from the factories is sorted, collected, and processed by professional waste management companies.
Wastewater Treatment
– The park’s wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 3,200m³/day and night, ensuring effective wastewater treatment and maintaining a safe environmental standard for industrial activities.
Telecommunications
– The industrial park is equipped with a modern communication system, offering diverse services such as mobile phones and high-speed internet. Telecommunications providers ensure high-quality service for businesses once the park becomes operational.
