Overview
Hai Yen Industrial Park, established in 2005, covers a total area of 182ha. It is located in the Mong Cai Border Gate Economic Zone, Quang Ninh Province, a region with the highest investment incentives among border economic zones. The industrial park provides favorable conditions for significant socio-economic development, contributing to Vietnam’s industrialization and modernization process. It lies within the key northern economic region and is part of the “Two Corridors, One Belt” economic cooperation strategy between Vietnam and China.
Location
Hai Yen Industrial Park is located in Mong Cai, serving as the terminus of two economic corridors: Kunming – Lao Cai – Hanoi – Quang Ninh and Guangxi – Lang Son – Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh. The industrial park offers convenient connections to provinces, cities, and major economic hubs in northern Vietnam and southern China via a modern and synchronized transportation network, including roadways, railways, seaways, and airways.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The industrial park allocates 13.5% of its total area for roads, featuring two main roads 33m wide and a ring road 21.25m wide.
Power System
Electricity is supplied from the national grid through two transformer stations of 110/22KV with capacities of 2x16MVA and 32MVA.
Water System
The water plant within the industrial park has a capacity of 6,500m³ per day.
Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage System
Separate drainage systems for stormwater and wastewater are installed. Wastewater is pre-treated at factories to meet regulatory standards before being discharged into the industrial park’s centralized wastewater drainage system, which leads to a central treatment station.
Waste Management
Factories in the industrial park sign contracts for the classification, collection, and transportation of waste to prevent environmental pollution.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment station has a capacity of 4,300m³ per day, scalable according to demand.
Communication System
The industrial park is equipped with underground telecommunication cables, providing international-standard services directly to factories. All necessary communication services are available.

Hai Yen Industrial Park is designed as a multi-sector industrial park, emphasizing high-tech, environmentally friendly industries that comply with international standards. It is expected to attract businesses in fields such as:
