Electricity System

• • A 35kV cable network connects to the existing 35kV grid within the park, supplying electricity to 35/0.4kV substations for enterprises.

Public Lighting

• • The street lighting system is separate from the residential power grid and is installed along main roads for safety and visibility.

Water Supply

• • A clean water treatment plant with a capacity of approximately 3,000 m³/day serves the park. A closed-loop network ensures consistent water supply.

Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage

• • Stormwater drains through gravity-flow systems to channels around the park, exiting into nearby rivers.
  • Wastewater is collected and treated at a centralized facility using biological methods. The system has a capacity of 2,250 m³/day-night, ensuring high standards of environmental compliance.

Waste Management

• • Waste is segregated at the source within each enterprise. Hazardous and non-hazardous waste is separately collected and transported to approved treatment facilities.

Telecommunications

• • A central communication hub located at the park’s operations center offers advanced telecommunication services, supporting data transmission, Internet, IP-based telephone, and video conferencing.
