General Information
Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park was established by the Prime Minister’s decision on September 16, 1996. It is a key project led by the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and People’s Committee, and developed by Tan Thuan Industrial Development Company Limited (IPC) to promote the industrialization and modernization of the Southern Urban Area of Ho Chi Minh City.
As the largest industrial park in Ho Chi Minh City, with a total area of 1,686 ha, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park is located in Long Thoi Commune, Nha Be District. The park is designed to be a green, multi-industry, modern industrial park with comprehensive infrastructure and facilities.
The park has been a trusted investment destination for over 26 years, attracting 200 domestic and foreign investors and creating over 14,000 jobs for local workers. The park’s international seaport system and on-site customs services significantly reduce transportation time and costs.
