Internal Transportation
The road system is designed in a grid pattern, ensuring easy access to each land lot. The three main roads run from National Highway 14B to the park’s center, dividing the area into four zones.

• • Main roads: 3 lanes, 11.25m carriageway, 2x6m sidewalks, 23.25m red line boundary
  • Secondary roads: 2 lanes, 2×4.5m sidewalks, 16.5m red line boundary
  • The park has 4 entrances/exits, facilitating transport and worker movement.
  • The Lien Chieu – Dung Quat Expressway runs through the park with a 60m cross-section.

Electricity Supply
Power is supplied from Cau Do Substation (110/35/22KV – 2×25 MVA). A 22KV dual circuit grid delivers electricity to individual 22/0.4KA substations for each enterprise. Investors are only responsible for connections beyond these substations.

Street Lighting
The public lighting network is designed separately from the residential power supply system and installed along the main roads.

Water Supply
Water is sourced from the Cau Do Water Plant, with a capacity of 210,000 m³/day, connected via a Ø200 pipeline along National Highway 14B.

Wastewater & Rainwater Drainage
Separate systems are in place:

• • Rainwater is discharged directly into the park’s drainage canals.
  • Wastewater is treated at the park’s wastewater treatment plant.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a central transfer station, sorted at the source, and transported to a treatment facility.

Wastewater Treatment
The park’s wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,000 m³/day, ensuring all discharged wastewater meets TCVN 5945-2005 standards.

Telecommunications
The park offers international-standard telecom infrastructure, meeting high-speed data, voice, and postal demands. Phone and ADSL lines are available for each enterprise.
