Overview
Giang, Trac Van communes, and Hoa Mac town, Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province. The park covers a total area of 203 hectares, with Phase 1 spanning 131 hectares as approved under Decision No. 2003/TTg-CN dated December 25, 2007, by the Prime Minister, and Document No. 250/UBND-DN&XTDT dated March 8, 2007, by Ha Nam People’s Committee. The infrastructure is developed by Hoa Mac Industrial Park Management Company (a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group).
Hoa Mac Industrial Park leverages strategic location, human resources, modern infrastructure, and favorable policies to drive economic growth. By June 2020, the park had reached 70% occupancy with five domestic projects and 23 FDI projects, primarily from Japan and South Korea. Several investors have expanded operations, solidifying Hoa Mac’s reputation as a preferred location for production.
Location
Hoa Mac Industrial Park is strategically situated in the center of Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province. It lies along National Highway 38 and near major roads such as National Highway 1A and 39, with connections to National Highway 5 and the Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway. Factories contract with licensed service providers for waste collection, sorting, and transportation.
Wastewater Treatment
The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 5,000m3/day, using biological treatment methods. Factories pre-treat wastewater before discharging it into the centralized system.
Telecommunication
The park’s telecommunication system, operated by Viettel, meets international standards, offering 9-10 lines per hectare and comprehensive postal services.
